Natalie Alesi believes the greatest competitive advantage in business isn’t strategy alone. It’s the ripple effect of the leader creating it.
The ripple begins with what she calls the ‘leadership signal’. The outward expression of a leader’s internal state. It shapes how others experience trust, confidence, clarity, and sound judgment, especially when the stakes are highest. That signal? It’s rippling outward whether you are aware of it or not.
Before founding the interconnected practice, Natalie spent two decades in senior leadership leading global teams in enterprise Saas and legal, partnering with many of the world’s leading law firms and professional services organizations. She deeply understands the pressure to carry responsibility, navigate uncertainty, make difficult decisions, and lead people through constant change.
Those experiences led her to ask a different question about leaders in business.

Natalie's life perspective is shaped by being:

Raised on a small farm with farm animals (where she learned what it means to work hard and get back up again).

A big sister and good hearted Jersey gal with a side of no fluff sass. (where her grit and take no 'bulls*t' came from).

Single mama bear to her daughter and late dog Zoe (what kept her going and drove her ambition to make the world a better place).

A world traveler (what gave her appreciation for different cultures and where she learned people are inherently good).

A hugger (to people and animals because she learned everyone needs one when life gets hard).

A meditator (where she learned that all we ever really need comes from within ourselves).
