Government & Military

Prepare the next leaders before you need them.

Turnover is structural. People rotate, promote, and separate and the judgment they carried leaves with them.

We train the brain skills that make the next tier ready to step up, and the current tier capable of developing them.

The readiness gap.

Succession is a capability you can build.

A succession plan names the people. The next step is building the capability those people will need.

Mission knowledge is rarely the question. The human part of the job is what decides readiness: staying steady when the tempo rises, holding a hard conversation rather than routing around it, reading a room accurately, and deciding well with incomplete information under time pressure.

What gets trained.

Developing Others

Because the mark of a ready leader is the ability to create leaders

These are trainable brain skills which means readiness for the next role is something you can build deliberately, starting now.

52% Only half see it at the top

Of 674,000 federal employees surveyed, just over half agreed their senior leaders generate high levels of motivation and commitment.

Built for how you operate.

Training that can't fit your schedule doesn't get done. This is built to fit.

01

Shift work and TDY

Every live session is delivered at different times — so rotations and travel are covered.

03

Real time feedback

Each participant trains with a small heart rate variability sensor that measures heart rhythm patterns and translates them into a coherence score on their phone, so they can see, in the moment, whether a technique is actually working.

02

Onsite or virtual

Onsite for the kickoff and applied work; virtual for the rest, or fully virtual where travel isn't practical.

04

Scope is yours to set

Some units train everyone; others start with supervisors or a single section and expand from there.

Ways to work together.

The people who will hold your key leadership positions in three years are already here.

Start a conversation, about your depth, your turnover cycle, and what readiness would need to look like.
